WHAT IS YOUR MOST INTERESTING STORY FROM WHEN YOU WERE HER CHEF?

It’s about before they selected me. There were 3-4 Royal Family bodyguards came to my restaurant in Fort Collins. They interviewed me, check my background and tasted my food. Then, the Thai Consular in LA and 2 officers interviewed me. The last step of selection was interviewing and taking orders from her manager or caregiver about the menu each day and each meal. What she likes and she doesn’t (do and don’t). I and my staff had to cook for her, Thai Ambassador, Thai Consular and officers for both in Fort Collins and followed them to Aspen and Beaver Creek, CO. Each day was full of stress to make 6-7 different dishes each meal as per given menus with time constraints. Travelling during snowstorm sometimes from where we cooked in Beaver Creek to her resort was not fun. Each day for about 9-13 days for both 2015 and 2016 was full of excitement to follow up with her caregiver that how she likes my food. It’s not about the money that fulfilled my happiness it’s more about being honoured that I had a chance to cook for her.
